Pertinent Information to Have Prepared:

  3. Customer name, Project name or PO if necessary

  4. Cell number for a contact who will be on site at the time of delivery

“Good” Order

A good order has already been confirmed and is not dependent on weather, inspections, or other variables. All the delivery information has been communicated to our dispatcher; the date and time of delivery will not change; and therefore we have that delivery on our schedule and will dispatch the truck(s) at the appropriate time without further communication from the customer. Customers who fail to cancel a “Good” Order for any reason will be invoiced for that order whether or not the concrete is placed.

“Will-Call” Order

A Will-Call Order is “pending release” from the customer. Contractors or customers may not have all the relevant information, or the order is dependent on something such as dry weather or an inspection. We will not ship a Will-Call Order until the customer calls to “release” it, and fills in any missing information.

Demurrage

Demurrage is an additional charge for failure to unload your concrete within the allowed time. Allowed time is ten minutes per yard, up to the maximum time of 60 minutes for 6-10 yards.
